Overview
Dream Medical is seeking a Salaried GP for 9 sessions per week based in a purpose-built Health Centre in Luton. Salary is £90,000 per annum plus Medical Defence Union (MDU) cover and NHS Pension, with high QoF Scores. The surgery has no extended hours or weekend commitments at present, and a maximum of one home visit per day. The practice uses System One and is paper-light. It has a patient list of approximately 5,500 and has a GOOD rating from the CQC, with a full clinical and non-clinical support team.
You will be replacing a GP who is retiring, with a full quota of nursing and support staff to facilitate a seamless workload.
As part of the package, there are additional benefits and flexible working patterns, with opportunities to develop special interests and participate in a development programme and E-learning Academy.
Responsibilities and requirements
Role: Salaried GP required in Luton for 9 sessions per week. You must be a fully qualified GP on a performer’s list with UK experience as a ST3 GP or higher. The position aims to deliver high-quality patient care within a busy, well-supported practice environment.
