Continuously improve build environment and processes.
Align technology direction within your area with other areas and overall company direction.
Represent engineering in key initiatives and projects, ensuring delivery.
Design organization, set objectives, and hold high standards in people, delivery, and technology.

Strong passion for people management, helping teams grow and ship great software.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams, aligning engineering with product and business goals.
Comfort in designing and optimizing teams and processes for maximum efficiency.
Strong communication skills with technical and commercial stakeholders.
Technical background, able to join technical discussions and stakeholder meetings to remove roadblocks.

Empathetic and authentic leadership, treating each team member as a human being.
