We work closely with private clients, architects and design teams to deliver well-considered, high-quality residential projects, typically in the £500k–£5m range.

Role Description

We are looking for a Working Foreman / Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in running a clean, organised and well‑sequenced site.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and subcontractors day‑to‑day
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Coordinate trades and programme on site
• Work closely with the Director, architects and clients
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Carry out hands‑on work where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Trade background (carpentry preferred)
• SMSTS and First Aid
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong organisational and sequencing skills
• Good communication with clients and design teams
• High standards and attention to detail
• Calm, professional approach on site
