The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor/entry-level Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK developer, delivering a landmark £300m high-rise, design-led residential scheme in a prime West London location.
This flagship development will feature architecturally distinctive towers, luxury residences, premium amenities, landscaped podium gardens, and high-end wellness facilities.
A technically complex, sustainability-led scheme offering strong exposure within a developer-led environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to a Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of major commercial packages across this major RC-frame residential development.
You’ll manage cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting — ensuring financial performance and value optimisation from a developer-side perspective.
- Support overall commercial performance across the project
- Prepare valuations, variations & CVRs
- Assist with forecasting & commercial risk management
- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation
- Ensure compliance with commercial governance
- Collaborate closely with delivery, design & technical teams
This role offers a clear pathway to a more Senior Quantity Surveyor level, with structured development, mentorship, and increased commercial responsibility as the project progresses.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- 5+ years delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes
- Experience working for a developer or main contractor
- Commercially astute and ambitious to progress
- £300m flagship scheme in prime West London
- Work directly for a leading UK developer
- Exposure to luxury high-rise residential
- Clear progression to a more Senior QS level
