I’m looking for a Lead Desktop Support Engineer with front office experience to join one of our leading London based trading clients.
Working in a small but scaling team, this role covers all levels of internal desktop support, including working closely with traders and senior business stakeholders.
They are looking for someone who passionate about technology. focussed on getting solving problems and offers excellent customer service to end users.
The role will also offer opportunities to work on technical projects and upskilling in area’s such as DevOps, Infrastructure and Cloud.
Must haves:
- Previous experience working in trading/asset management
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environment
- 2+ years of lead support experience
- Hands on experience in with – SCCM, Intune, Powershell, Active Directory, o365 Azure
In office Central London 5 days a week
