Our Southampton-based client is growing and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join their team as Entry Level Sales Representative. No experience needed – full training is provided. This is a face-to-face sales role representing well-known brands in residential and field-based campaigns across Southampton. If you’re outgoing, reliable and want to earn based on your performance, this could be the perfect starting point.
This is not a traditional, micromanaged sales environment and there are no scripts to memorise. The focus is simple: clear systems, consistent action, and measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will typically work 3–6 productive hours per day, representing clients in residential and field-based environments across Southampton.
- Speaking with customers face-to-face and explaining services clearly
- Maintaining a professional appearance
- Working independently in the field while being part of a supportive team

There is no need to adopt a forced “sales personality” – natural, confident communication is what matters. This is a commission-based role. Experienced associates currently earn on average £300–£600 per day, while those new to the industry typically earn between £150–£300 per day, depending on consistency and effort.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
- Ambition for personal and financial progression.
- A process-driven mindset and ability to use feedback constructively.
- Full-time equivalent availability – 4/5 days per week (Mon–Sat).
- Availability to commute and work in and around Southampton.
No experience is required. Backgrounds in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Bar Work, Marketing, or Call Centre roles may transfer well; however, mindset and consistency are valued more than experience.
