Senior Associate – Intellectual Property Disputes

The Role
The Intellectual Property team is seeking an experienced and commercially‑minded Senior Associate to handle IP disputes and litigation, including:
- Trade marks and passing off
- Copyright and design rights
- Brand protection, IP enforcement, and infringement claims
- Drafting and negotiating licensing, franchise, sponsorship, naming rights, and IP exploitation agreements
The successful candidate will work directly with partners and a talented team of Associates, handling high‑profile matters across sports, fashion, and brand sectors. You will take ownership of cases, supervise junior team members, and contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.
The Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in IP disputes/litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
- Proven client‑facing skills
- Experience advising on high‑value, complex IP matters
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture
