About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire, Security & CCTV Supervisor to support key projects in Cardiff for a minimum duration of 2 months. This is a hands‑on supervisory role suited to someone who can lead engineers on‑site while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineers working on fire alarm, security, and CCTV systems.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers.
• Assist with installation, servicing, and fault finding when required.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of British Standards (e.g. BS5839).
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
