Purchase To Pay Manager

Arcus Search are partnering with a high-performing, operationally focused investment firm to appoint a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Manager into their Finance Operations team.

This is a key role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end P2P function and play a central part in stabilising and optimising a recently implemented finance platform.

Location: London

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the delivery and performance of the full P2P lifecycle (POs, invoicing, payments, suppliers)
• Driving optimisation of a newly implemented P2P system
• Managing and holding a third‑party service provider accountable for service delivery
• Acting as the key interface between finance, stakeholders, and external partners
• Strengthening governance, controls, and overall user experience
• Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to leverage technology, including AI

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in P2P / Finance Operations (typically 7+ years)
• Experience with system implementations or process optimisation initiatives
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across the business
• Solid understanding of financial controls and operational best practice
• Experience within Private Equity is advantageous
