Overview
Our client is an asset finance specialist providing first class customer service. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities
- Handling all telephone enquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
- Responding to customers quickly and effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction has a positive outcome.
- Responsible for all in-life processes, such as settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds and cash reconciliations
- Liaise with internal departments assisting with both in life requests & customer queries
- Maintain customer data to ensure it is up to date
- Identification of improvements and changes that will further enhance our customer service delivery.
- Ensuring the service we provide is representative of company values.
- Complaints handling.
