The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The role is a remote, paid survey work-from-home position. No sales or cold calling. Flexible hours. Reps typically earn $1000 to $2500 per week.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
