Location: London – Hybrid (2 days in the office / 50% UK travel)Salary: £65,000 baseHours: 37.5 hours per week

Stott & May are currently working with a high-growth consultancy in the cyber and AI risk space, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive expansion across enterprise markets.

This is a high-impact, new business role focused on winning and growing large-scale opportunities across cyber security, AI governance, and risk services.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts
• Build and execute strategic sales plans
• Develop high-value, multi-year engagements (vCISO, AI testing, Red Teaming)
• Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Take ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and commercial negotiations

Skills and Experience

• Proven new business hunter (cyber, technology, or professional services preferred)
• Strong track record of generating your own pipeline
• Experience selling into enterprise environments
• Confident, commercially astute, and self-sufficient
• Challenger-style approach with an interest in cyber security and AI
