Data Delivery Manager
Location
Leeds, LS15 8GB. We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 1-2 days a week in the office.
Salary
£60,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE + up to a 10% discretionary annual bonus and extensive benefits.

Working hours
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Core hours are 09:30 – 16:00.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end flow of work across Business Intelligence, Customer Insight, and Data Science, ensuring efficient and coordinated delivery
- Govern demand intake and prioritisation, challenging stakeholders to focus on the highest‑value outcomes
- Align Data & Analytics with Product and Data Engineering, ensuring roadmaps, dependencies, and sequencing are coordinated
- Maintain a single, consolidated view of the delivery portfolio with clear visibility of priorities, progress, and risks
- Balance demand against capacity, making trade‑offs explicit across strategic, BAU, and foundational work
- Proactively identify and resolve cross‑team dependencies and conflicts that impact delivery or value realisation
- Drive delivery performance and predictability through consistent metrics and continuous improvement
- Establish and evolve the Data & Analytics operating model, embedding consistent ways of working aligned to wider tech practices
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and the business to ensure alignment and accountability
- Ensure delivered work drives measurable business outcomes, linking delivery to value realisation and ongoing reprioritisation
Qualifications
- Familiarity with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), with Jira experience preferred
- Strong understanding of data and analytics environments and Agile/product‑led delivery
- Experience in Delivery, Programme, or Portfolio Management within data, tech, or product functions
- Proven ability to structure, coordinate, and optimise delivery across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including challenging prioritisation
- Excellent communication and facilitation capability at senior levels
- Ability to bring clarity and direction in complex or ambiguous environments
- Strong organisational skills, balancing competing priorities and trade‑offs effectively
- Demonstrated track record of managing cross‑team dependencies and end‑to‑end delivery
- Experience shaping prioritisation and guiding senior stakeholders toward value‑led decisions
