DevOps Engineer – Location: Frimley, London, Leeds, Manchester – Salary: Competitive

Role Description

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to join our teams following continuous growth and success in the UK Defence sector, working across a range of customers and projects that truly make a difference.

Core Duties

• Demonstrate experience working in a multifunctional team across Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE
• Utilise experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as GCP or Azure (required)
• Appreciation of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling
• Scripting responsibilities with languages such as Shell, Bash, or Python
• Demonstrate great communication and problem solving skills, and a desire to learn new technologies
• Working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Working with Configuration Management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
• Working with Docker and container runtime platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Marathon / Mesos
• Working knowledge of Linux, networking, routing & firewalls
