EMEA Pre-Sales Engineer

Consulting (Sales) Full-time London, UK

Our sales team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Pre‑Sales Engineer.

As Presales Consultant at monday.com, you’ll play a critical role in helping our potential and existing customers understand and maximize the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.

We are looking for experienced individuals who would establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.

About The Role

  • Deep understanding of our product’s technical capabilities and inner workings.
  • Take part in demos and proof‑of‑concepts for potential and existing customers.
  • Assist in crafting sales pitches with sales managers and providing value‑add solutions for customers.
  • Handle security concerns and provide high quality RFP responses as part of our enterprise selling methodologies and strategic sales cycles.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years in Pre‑Sales Engineering/Consulting role (or similar) in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with software for CRM, ITSM, Whiteboard or software development – significant advantage.
  • Deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context.
  • Great communication and customer‑facing skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non‑technical audience.
  • Business process mapping skills.
  • Understanding of GraphQL – an advantage.
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers.
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
