As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels. Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will take a highly visible role in driving brand performance, innovation, and market impact.
You will work cross-functionally to bring products and campaigns to life—from initial consumer insight through to successful retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation
- Manage the end-to-end NPD pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure commercial alignment
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality creative and delivery
- Support and develop digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
We are looking for a commercially driven, autonomous and insight-led brand professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand role within FMCG or food
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn insight into action
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies
- Confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
