About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded FP&A Manager to play a key role in shaping financial planning and performance insight across the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll take ownership of core planning cycles, delivering high-quality budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking analysis that directly support strategic decision-making at executive level.
This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the Finance function, working cross‑functionally to improve processes, drive consistency, and enhance how we plan, forecast, and analyse performance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset:
- Proven experience owning budgets and forecasts in a complex environment
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth or PE‑backed businesses
- Exposure to multi‑entity and multi‑currency environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across teams
- A collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable approach
Skills & Experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years post‑qualification experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with FP&A systems
- Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve efficiency and insight
