The role will involve:
- Identifying and engaging specialist talent within the Life Sciences sector
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Developing your own market niche and personal brand
- Working towards performance targets with uncapped commission
What we’re looking for:
- Ambition and a competitive mindset
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenges
- A genuine motivation to progress and increase earnings
- Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
