Role: French-Speaking Daily Nanny (Live-Out)
Care for: Twin Boys (16–18 months at start date)
Days & Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm
Location: Holland Park, West London
Salary: £65,000 gross per annum (subject to uplift based on experience)
Start Date: May 2026 (handover period beginning in May)
A warm family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced French-speaking daily nanny to support the care and development of their twin boys. This is a live-out position within a fully staffed household, offering a structured and well-supported working environment.
The boys follow a strong routine, including a two-hour nap during the day, allowing for some downtime within working hours. They sleep well and are thriving. One child has a gentle, sensitive nature, while the other is more energetic and spirited, so a nanny who can adapt their approach to suit each child’s personality would be well suited.
With both parents working during the day, the role involves confident proxy parenting and a calm, hands‑on presence. You will support the children’s development through play, encourage language acquisition, and help foster positive manners within a nurturing and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Planning age‑appropriate activities, maintaining established routines, and overseeing all nursery duties related to the children. A genuine interest in early years development is essential, and familiarity with Montessori or a similar child‑led approach would be advantageous.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience caring for toddlers, French-speaking skills, understanding of child development principles, and ability to adapt to individual personalities. Open to sponsorship for the right candidate.
The family are open to providing sponsorship for the right candidate and are ideally seeking someone looking for a long‑term position through to January 2027 and beyond. A handover with the existing nanny team will take place from May to ensure a smooth transition.
