Overview

A Fit-out Construction Manager is required for a main contractor in South West London. The project is a multibillion mega mixed-use scheme, and the role is to manage the scheme to ensure it is completed on time and within the set budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mega mixed-use scheme to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to deliver works to specification and schedule.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use schemes.
• You must have a strong background as a construction manager.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
