You will provide visible and authentic faith leadership, embedding the Christian ethos at the heart of culture, strategy and service delivery, while also ensuring strong financial stewardship and long‑term organisational sustainability. A central part of your role will be to drive service excellence, maintaining a clear focus on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement. You will inspire and lead a dedicated workforce, fostering a culture of engagement, purpose and care, and you will represent CrossReach at a national level as a credible and influential voice with government, regulators, partners and the wider Church.
