Change Manager Contract – Paying up to £500 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAPYour new companyYou will be working with a leading organisation that is based in South Wales. Your new roleWorking as a Change Manager you will be supporting services through the introduction of a new ERP led people systems landscape. The role focuses on driving engagement, accelerating adoption, and embedding new people related processes. You’ll lead front line change activity, working closely with stakeholders to ensure readiness through clear communications, training support, and a strong “adopt not adapt” approach.What you’ll need to succeed
- ERP led business change and adoption experience
- As-is / to-be process mapping and impact assessment
- People process change (HR / workforce / recruitment)
- Training, readiness and transition planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
