Astute’s Renewables team is partnered with an established anaerobic digestion business that designs, builds, owns and operates assets. They’re looking to recruit a Feedstock and Digestate Manager to lead and oversee feedstock operations across their growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Internal teamwork with operations, finance, and maintenance teams
- Engage with farmers, contractors, suppliers, and landowners
- Understand procurement strategies to balance operational and financial requirements of the sites
- Support the operations team as required for major works including de‑grits
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Higher education/degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Agronomy)
- Additional qualifications such as FACTS are desirable but not essential
- A valid UK driving licence
Personal Skills
- Experience working in anaerobic digestion, commercial farming, or waste sector
- High levels of autonomy and initiative
- Strong negotiation skills
