The Role
- Advising on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Supporting clients on complex HR issues, business immigration, and strategic workforce projects
- Leading on employment aspects of corporate transactions and organisational change
- Handling sensitive disputes, including senior exits, grievances, and industrial relations matters
- Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development
About You
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 6+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong experience across employment law, ideally including both advisory and contentious work
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage complex and high-stakes matters
- Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Interested in developing leadership and mentoring responsibilities
