The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened up at one of the UK’s most respected consumer PR agencies, known for creating ideas that earn attention and delivering culturally impactful work for leading brands.
They are looking for a talented Account Executive to join a fast-paced, high-performing team working across a diverse portfolio of major consumer brands spanning lifestyle, food and drink, travel, sport and FMCG.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, working closely with senior team members across multiple client accounts.
You’ll be responsible for supporting campaign execution, building media relationships, and ensuring all account administration and activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised, and eager to develop into a strong media operator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns
- Building and managing media relationships and proactively pitching stories
- Securing quality coverage across print, online and broadcast
- Writing strong first drafts of press materials, pitches and client communications
- Monitoring the media landscape and identifying relevant opportunities
- Supporting campaign logistics including events, shoots and influencer activity
- Contributing to reporting, evaluation and financial tracking
- Maintaining accurate admin including status documents, trackers and timesheets
- Contributing to creative brainstorms and idea development
Accounts
You’ll work across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands — a mix of iconic household names and globally recognised brands firmly embedded in everyday culture. The portfolio spans categories including food and drink, lifestyle, and FMCG. Specific account allocations will depend on start date and team needs.
What They’re Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience at AE level within a PR agency
- Total PR experience of around 12–18 months, including any traineeship, assistant or junior roles
- Background across one or more of the following sectors: travel, sport, alcohol, FMCG or big consumer brands
- Emerging media relations skills with early evidence of coverage secured
- Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset who is ready to hit the ground running
- A team-first attitude — someone who gets stuck in and takes pride in their work
- Genuine enthusiasm for media, culture and consumer trends
- Comfortable contributing in client-facing situations and team meetings
