We’re working with a busy and growing estate agency in North London (Tottenham) looking to add to their sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in residential sales who wants to join a high-performing office with a strong pipeline and genuine earning potential.
We’re open on level, whether you’re an established Sales Negotiator or already operating at a more senior level, we’d love to hear from you.
Role overview
You will be responsible for:
- Registering buyers and understanding their requirements
- Conducting property viewings and building strong relationships
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating new business and winning instructions where possible
- Assist in carrying out market appraisals
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the process
- Keeping up to date with the local market and pricing trends
About you:
- Experience within residential estate agency sales
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Driven, target-focused, and commercially minded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Ambitious and keen to progress within the industry
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
