Key Responsibilities
- Chase outstanding debt via phone and email
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Support month-end processes and reporting
- Work with account managers to resolve billing disputes
- Assist in improving current credit control processes
- Monitor customer payment trends and escalate issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or finance role
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work in a manual, Excel-based environment
