Key Responsibilities

• Chase outstanding debt via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Support month-end processes and reporting
• Work with account managers to resolve billing disputes
• Assist in improving current credit control processes
• Monitor customer payment trends and escalate issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Credit Control or finance role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work in a manual, Excel-based environment
