Key Responsibilities:
- Assist colleagues with casework under supervision
- Support the drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Attend meetings, hearings, and appointments where required
- Maintain accurate case records using internal systems
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Ensure information is recorded clearly and efficiently
- Provide occasional reception cover, including handling calls, greeting visitors,
and managing post
Person Specification:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Professional, personable, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Empathetic and able to sensitively liaise with clients
- A proactive team player with a positive and flexible approach
- Demonstrates motivation and a genuine interest in developing a legal career
