The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving e-commerce performance, customer engagement and retention across digital channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will own the execution and optimisation of the website, email marketing and loyalty strategy to support product launches, campaigns and overall brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling written social content, website assets and marketing materials.
- Coordinate and execute social media initiatives, including content creation (posts, stories, reels, behind-the-scenes), scheduling, developing creative content ideas and actively engaging with followers.
- Community management across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media accounts to assess performance and ensure brand consistency.
- Support Marketing Manager on in-store marketing initiatives, including product/treatment launches, campaigns, visitors)
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development and design to ensure alignment of marketing efforts, in support of distributors, global retailers/spa partners
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling team meetings, managing calendars and handling consumer correspondence.
- Conduct basic market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Support Marketing Manager on execution of email marketing campaigns and PR activities
- Help maintain the company’s website by updating content, images and other assets as needed, and ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or a related field is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
