Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Support the Product Owner with backlog creation (user stories/requirements).
– Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build strong end-user relationships.
– Drive migration of applications from Citrix to Microsoft Surface desktops.
– Translate complex specifications into clear product outputs.
– Analyse and document processes, data flows, and system interactions.
– Collaborate with engineers, testers, and team members for quality delivery.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
– Experience as a People/HR Systems Analyst with hands-on Workday expertise.
– Background in BAU support, releases, and regression testing.
– Strong HR systems data analysis and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently in a sprint-based environment.
– Excellent communication skills and confidence as a functional SME
