We are working with a highly respected specialty (re)insurer who is looking to hire an Account Handler
This position will suit someone with previous experience in insurance broking support, account handling, broker assistance, or a similar administrative role within the insurance market.

Working closely with an experienced broker, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of administrative, operational, and reporting tasks, helping to ensure the smooth running of client and market activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the broking team
- Preparing and maintaining client, market, and internal documentation
- Assisting with reports, presentations, summary sheets, and portfolio information
- Coordinating information between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Keeping records, files, and documentation accurate and up to date
- Supporting meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and general desk management
- Assisting with data gathering and reporting analysis where needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Account Handler, Broker Assistant, Trainee Broker, or similar insurance support role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
