We are representing a boutique property investment company based in North West London, with property interests and investments connected to Israel, who are seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator to support their Directors and close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience across lettings and property management administration, looking to join a dynamic and professional environment. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- PA support to two Directors
- Diary and inbox management, including responding on behalf of the Directors
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Lettings administration, including onboarding new tenants and processing tenancy agreements
- Managing property administration and maintenance issues
- Acting as a first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance queries
- Liaising with contractors to resolve property issues
- Managing and resolving general lettings enquiries and issues
- Accurately logging and maintaining records on the company’s bespoke database (full training provided)
- Liaising with offices based in Israel
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience within property administration (lettings and/or property management)
- Previous experience supporting senior management or Directors
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
