JustTip was founded in 2021 by James and Ciara, two young founders with a vision to change the way hospitality manages tips taking the headache out of it for both staff and operators. Fast forward five years, and with legislation finally catching up, JustTip has grown into a team of 18 passionate, driven people who all bought into the same vision from day one. We are the most tailored tipping and Tronc platform for UK hospitality. Every business runs differently, and every team works differently so we built a platform that reflects that, giving hospitality teams the ability to split tips their way, staying compliant, and saving time and money along the way.We work with restaurants, hotels, bars and venues across the UK and EU, helping them run smarter Tronc schemes for their teams and automating the process end to end.

We’re growing fast and there’s a lot still to build. We’re a young, ambitious team. That means less bureaucracy, more ownership, and work that actually shapes huge company milestones.

The role

We’re looking for a content & communications manager to own how JustTip shows up across social and campaigns. You’ll shape the voice of the brand, drive our presence across channels, build and maintain relationships with our existing customers, and collaborate with partners and industry voices to grow our reach.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage Just Tip’s social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Substack)
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned to campaigns and business priorities
  • Write sharp, on-brand copy and produce or brief creative assets
  • Manage community engagement responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Run paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn and Meta, with performance targets
  • Track, analyse and report on key metrics; iterate based on what works
  • Stay up to date across hospitality industry news and surface relevant content opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on product launches, regional campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with customers on content projects across the UK
  • Work with partners around launches and collaborations

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in creating your own content or in a digital content creator role.
  • Confident Infront of and behind the camera 
  • Strong copywriting skills with a clear, direct style (no fluff)
  • Comfortable with social scheduling tools, basic analytics, and Meta/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Someone who thrives with ownership and projects. 
  • A natural collaborator who can work closely with the team who can also take initiative

The process

We keep it straightforward. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Initial interview: A conversation with the team to learn more about you, your experience, and what you’re looking for, just a chat.
  2. Take-home task: A short brief that should take between one and three hours. We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for how you think.
  3. Final interview: A chance to talk through your task, ask questions, and make sure it’s the right fit on both sides.
