An ambitious international law firm is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist & Coach to shape the future of leadership, performance and culture across the business.
This is a high-impact, senior-facing role where you’ll design and deliver world‑class learning and coaching programmes for Partners, senior lawyers and business leaders — helping them perform at their best in a complex, commercial environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end‑to‑end learning lifecycle — from scoping and design through to facilitation and evaluation
- Designing and delivering business, management and leadership programmes through an established internal business school
- Coaching senior individuals (Partner, Legal Director and equivalent levels) on leadership, performance and impact
- Co‑leading Assessment & Development Centres to build a high‑performance culture
- Facilitating psychometrics and emotional intelligence assessments
- Delivering programmes covering topics such as:
- Leadership and self‑development
- Performance management
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Client experience excellence
- Business development and consultative selling
- Leading change and high‑performance teams
- Partnering closely with HR, Business Services and senior stakeholders across the firm
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience facilitating senior-level L&D programmes in a professional services environment
- A formal coaching qualification (essential) with 5+ years’ coaching experience at senior level
- Experience delivering or leading Assessment & Development Centres
- Strong grounding in business and management theory, with a commercial mindset
- Confidence, credibility and the ability to influence at Partner level
- A passion for helping others grow, perform and lead with impact
- Digital learning experience and a continuous improvement mindset
