Job Description:

Senior Research Executive

London/Bristol (2 days in office)

Competitive salary + benefits

If you’re a quant researcher who enjoys fast-paced delivery but wants more ownership, complexity, and creative input, this could be a great next step.

The Company

This is an insight-led agency sitting within a wider content and communications group – meaning the research you produce doesn’t just sit in a deck, it becomes stories people actually engage with.

They specialise in online quantitative and qualitative research, with a strong focus on generating newsworthy insights. The business is evolving, with a growing focus on sectors like travel and financial services.

The team is led by a highly passionate and supportive leader who’s genuinely invested in the work and the people. It’s a collaborative, friendly culture where ideas are encouraged and support is always there when you need it.

You’ll get exposure to a really varied client base across public sector and commercial brands, so no two projects feel the same.

The Role

This is a Senior Research Executive role with real ownership and variety.

You’ll be:

  • Running end-to-end quantitative projects
  • Designing and executing online surveys (with a B2B focus)
  • Applying sampling and quotas
  • Leading on analysis and insight generation
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on more strategic, complex briefs

While a lot of projects are fast turnaround (a few days to a week), this role will also give you the opportunity to work on longer, more in-depth studies – bringing in more creative thinking and advanced analysis.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in market research (agency or client-side)
  • Strong quantitative research skills
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Confidence with data analysis and storytelling
  • Someone curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about insight

Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Exposure to tools like Q, SPSS, or similar
  • Statistical knowledge or training
  • Experience with online survey platforms
  • Any specialist methodologies (e.g. conjoint, MaxDiff, forecasting)

Why This Role?

This would suit someone who:

✔ Wants more ownership without stepping too far away from hands-on work

✔ Enjoys pace but also wants access to more complex, interesting projects

✔ Likes the idea of research that has real-world visibility and impact

✔ Thrives in a supportive, collaborative team environment

If you’d be open to hearing more, feel free to drop me a message or apply directly.

Please note that this role is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
