Commercial & Sales Transformation Director (modernisation)
Hybrid (2 days in West London office) | Up to £100,000 (flexible Based on Experience)
We’re seeking a commercially‑minded transformation specialist to modernise a global sales and commercial operation end‑to‑end.
This role has a clear mandate: assess, analyse and transform. You’ll review how the team operates today, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and lead the redesign of processes, tooling and ways of working to drive faster sales cycles, higher productivity and stronger engagement.
With teams across Europe, Africa, APAC and the US, this is a highly visible role with real scope to make lasting impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead a full diagnostic and gap analysis of the commercial and sales function
- Redesign end‑to‑end sales processes, from lead generation to contract signature
- Review and recommend CRM and SaaS solutions to enable smarter, faster selling
- Improve sales productivity, speed, consistency and engagement on a global scale
- Take transformation from discovery through to delivery and adoption
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end commercial or sales transformation
- Strong grounding in Lean, continuous improvement or operational excellence
- Comfortable working across people, process and technology
- Experience operating in global, multi‑region environments
- Industry background is open — impact matters more than sector
