WHATn ARE WE LOOKING FOR … We are looking for an experienced Casual Spa Receptionist with a sparklingn personality to join our fantastic team! As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendlyn manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills gainedn through experience in a similar role. In order to deliver an exceptional five star guest service, it is alson important that you are willing to learn, a qualification in beauty isn desirable to enable the assistance to the therapists if and when needed.
WHATn YOU’LL DO … You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to each and every guest, you will also be responsible for showing them around the facilities onn arrival and providing advice and assistance whenever required. Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain both an detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell ton guests.
