**What will I be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie?** Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times Prepare and present high quality food
**What are we looking for?** Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef Approaches food in a creative way Positive attitude Good communication skills Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
