£55,000-£70,000

Role
- Leading and developing a residential care team
- Ensuring the home operates to OFSTED standards and regulations
- Creating a safe, therapeutic environment for children and young people
- Driving high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes
Ideal candidate
- Experience working within children’s residential care
- Leadership / management experience within a children’s home
- Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding
