I’m currently working with a fantastic children’s residential care provider looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a new children’s home.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding outcomes for young people.

Location: Oldham

£55,000-£70,000

Role

• Leading and developing a residential care team




• Ensuring the home operates to OFSTED standards and regulations




• Creating a safe, therapeutic environment for children and young people




• Driving high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes

Ideal candidate

• Experience working within children’s residential care




• Leadership / management experience within a children’s home




• Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management




• Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding
