Role Overview
Do you like the sound of a client who describe us as the ‘Gold standard’ for consumer data? Then the role with pladis is for you! pladis are a client with a small ‘p’ but big ambitions for their business and how Worldpanel can support them! This is a chance to build on the great relationships we have in place, to help them drive growth for some of the best loved brands in FMCG, like Jaffa Cakes, Mini Cheddars and Hobnobs!
As a Consumer Insight Director, you will lead the relationship with pladis and will take an important role in continuing to grow the wider partnership, building key new relationships, finding out more about their plans for growth and looking for ways we can support.
It’s a great time to be part of the team. Worldpanel’s insights are embedded in all they do, so it will be down to you to bring the data to life in their business. There will be fantastic opportunities to regularly visit their offices in the modern Chiswick Business Park complex, present back to the wider team and work with a range of stakeholders on projects that make a real difference. With an exciting mix of brands and ambitious plans for growth, there’s a great variety in the work and genuine opportunities to influence their strategic direction.
You’ll be part of a great team dedicated to the pladis account, providing day to day support for a talented Client Executive, and utilising a strong relationship with the Usage team. There will also be plenty of opportunities to work with other teams including Nutrition, Worldpanel Plus and Advanced Analytics to ensure they get the best, and most interesting, insight possible.
The Role
- Senior Client lead: As the senior contact with one of our most important clients, you’ll be get great exposure to senior contacts, different teams, and have responsibility for deciding how we drive the highest level of client servicing and account planning.
- Insight: Producing and communicating high-quality insight. Deliver best in class presentations to wide audiences, integrating the best of Worldpanel insight and working closely with Usage to drive true consumer understanding.
- Team: You will build your experience as a mentor for others in the wider team, including the offshore hub, playing a pivotal role in setting the strong culture within the broader team.
- Commercial growth: Responsibility for driving NRR growth with pladis and engagement with the wider team targets. Be able to match their big questions with the best solutions we have to help, and delivering great service to help protect the contractual relationship.
- MyWorldpanel: Maximise the efficiencies of the platform and build their expertise and engagement to allow you the time to focus on the big, interesting questions!
- Service development: Bring the benefits of the panel enhancement to pladis, educating and exciting on the changes and the benefits it will bring them
Person Specification
- Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, encouraging trust and confidence.
- Strong ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, combining data sources and working alongside others in doing so.
- Commercially strong and able to spot ways for us to help our clients in new ways.
- A desire to work collaboratively across the wider team, sharing with, and learning from, others working with different divisions/clients.
- Confident and experienced presenter who can present to a variety of client seniority levels.
- Good attention to detail, strong organisation and time leadership skills.
- Strong in using our software and tools, particularly MyWorldpanel
