Procentia is a leading software and technology company specialising in pensions and bulk purchase annuities. With a web‑based administration system, IntelliPen, we enable clients to deliver modern, self‑serve experiences for administrators and members alike.

The Job

Implementation Consultant – reports to a Team Leader and collaborates across the business.

Responsibilities

• Configure IntelliPen to meet client requirements, including workflows, data screens, interfaces, payroll, migrations, reports and calculations.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements.
• Communicate progress and obtain client feedback and approval throughout the customisation process.
• Customise software systems according to individual client needs.
• Educate clients on using IntelliPen and customised features, liaising with the training team as needed.

• Experience implementing software systems.
• Adaptable, agile, and consultative approach.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Fast learner of new technologies.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
• High numeracy.
• Experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software.
• Microsoft Office – full suite.
• Managing databases with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with T‑SQL.
