Contract Type: Part-time
Salary: £13.45 per hour (plus holiday pay, pension and mileage allowance at 35p/mile)
Hours of Work: Permanent positions, minimum 16 hours per week.

About the Role
As a Social Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Your Duties Include
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
What We Are Looking For
- Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance (as this is a community‑based role)
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship currently)
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
