As a Contact Worker, you will support Social Workers and Managers in delivering high-quality services to children and families. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, positive, and well-managed contact arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Social Workers in the delivery ofChildren’s Services
- Supervising and facilitatingfamily contact sessions
- Completing allocated tasks to support casework
- Recording and reporting observations accurately
- Working closely with families, carers, and professionals
- Supporting safeguarding and child protection processes
- Maintaining professional and confidential records
Essential Criteria:
- 3 years’ experience in a social care role
- NISCC Registration
- Full UK driving licenceand access to a car with business insurance
- Willingness to completemandatory in-house training
- Willing to complete anEnhanced Access NI check annually
