Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• Shift patterns include 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm or 8am-8pm

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship – Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care – supporting with a wash bath or shower and helping with dressing and oral care.
• Medication – Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities – Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
