As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer service, helping people discover the products and services that suit them best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Building rapport to understand their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Showcasing our innovative products and meeting performance goals.
• Helping to maintain an inviting and organised store environment.
• Staying confident, communicating well, and showing a passion for delivering great service.
• Being resilient and motivated to achieve individual and team goals.
• Adapting flexibly to different shifts and customer demands.
• Keeping an open mind, ready to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in technology and how it can make life better.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (though not essential).
• A proactive attitude and team spirit to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Training & Support

• You’ll receive a supportive team and exceptional tailored training over a 4‑day (30‑hour) induction within the first two weeks of your start date, to ensure you are well‑prepared to serve customers.
