Overview
As the appointed Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strength and success of the Commercial Property department of our leading law firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of commercial property specialists.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business.
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re‑mortgages.
Qualifications
- Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 Years PQE, seeking the next step in career.
- Proven track record in team leadership and management.
- Strong business‑development skills with the ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams.
- Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes.
