Senior Compliance Officer – Asset Management (Marketing, Product & Distribution)

Location: London (Mayfair) | Asset Management | Strong package

We’re working with a high-quality, growing investment management firm in London looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to partner closely with the Head of Legal.

This is a broad, high-impact role in a ~75 person business, offering real exposure across the firm and the chance to work on ETFs, Mutual Funds and UCITS products distributed across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The role:

• Lead compliance across marketing / financial promotions
• Oversee product governance and fund compliance
• Act as a key advisor to Legal, Sales and Product teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5-10 experience in compliance within asset management / funds
• Strong experience in marketing, product or distribution compliance
• Good knowledge of UCITS and cross-border regulations
• Confident working in a hands-on, high-visibility environment
