The Role
You will lead both strategic and operational facilities management, taking full ownership of:
- Workplace and estate strategy across multiple sites
- Major projects including office relocation and fit-outs
- Health & Safety transformation and compliance
- ESG and sustainability initiatives
- Supplier and contractor management
- Workplace experience and office engagement
You will also play a key role in deciding the future of a large, complex Manchester HQ, with significant investment or relocation on the table.
