Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
- Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
- Influence and consult by providing options with pros, cons and risks while delivering thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in governance, program/project management, business process and technical problem solving.
- Continuously learn and pursue new certifications, such as Certified Master Architect.
- Seek out information about new ServiceNow applications and stay up‑to‑date on the latest offerings.
- Leverage robust training and certification opportunities within the ServiceNow Business Group.
- Identify additional value opportunities for clients and collaborate internally with ServiceNow account teams to progress solutions.
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management capacity.
- Maintain a process‑oriented approach, preferring order over chaos.
- Seek help from peers and subject‑matter experts when needed.
- Possess a strong background working with enterprise software or consulting companies.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development or Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Experience with at least 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM).
- Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security clearance is desirable, and the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
