We’re looking for an exceptional AI Engineer to join a high-performing hedge fund and contribute to the development and scaling of cutting‑edge AI technologies that directly enhance investment and trading processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Developing AI applications that directly support trading and research, with a focus on LLMs and advanced agentic systems
• Building and scaling end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from experimentation to deployment
• Partnering with portfolio managers and researchers to identify AI‑driven opportunities for smarter investment decisions
• Implementing innovative techniques such as fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent frameworks
• Creating tools to monitor and evaluate AI models in live production environments

Who You Are:

• Degree in Science or Engineering, ideally from a leading university
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML to financial markets, trading, or investment research
• Strong understanding of financial data and time series analysis
• Proficient in Python for backend work and React JS for frontend applications
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
